Cancellation Policy
To honor the time and energy held for each client, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any appointment changes or cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $60 fee. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full.
Appointment reminders may be sent as a courtesy; however, it is the client’s responsibility to remember and manage their scheduled time.
